Workshop Use

Cedar lived here as a child.  They are asking if they can use our workshop  to do some carpentry work on their van and might stay in the common house for a weekend. They are willing to trade  Vicky is willing to host but would like someone more familiar with the workshop and tools to sponsor that part.  Emily would help but hasn't been here long and wouldn't want to be making decisions. Vinnie would be available on a weekend.  Any input, contact Cedar, Mike & Vicky, or Emily.  Working group: Alex, Vinnie, Mike & Vicky, Kerry, Kay.

Playground

Proposed.  Use $1.5K from operating budget to refurbish existing playground by common house.

Changes.  Removed part to add playground to reserve analysis. Reduced amount of request from $2.5.  Bare bones would be about $750 without sand for the sandbox.  Expanded plan for work into phase 1 and phase 2.
