Reflect on the last ACM

A lot of different feedback at the last ACM. Not a single clear path forward. How do we measure success in the changes we make to ACM? We may try things that don't work.

Different people facilitate differently and that's ok.

We are trying to plan ACMs further in advance and are asking people to come to ACM planning meetings before we put their topics on the agenda. So far, it sounds like people are reacting positively to this change and are appreciative that we're approaching ACMs more intentionally.

Helpful to have ACM topics in the wings and planned in advance.
