Budget:   

In the past money in the budget was mainly to help cover babysitting to allow parents to attend ACMs.

Given the projected budget and community concerns we decided not to ask for money this year but if we will need support from the community to help with Babysitting to attend ACMs.

Playground Plan of action: 

Start removing items that needs to be removed before Christmas and finish before spring.

Phase 1 removing staff estimated time:1 afternoon

Coleman, Natallia said they have tools.

When ? tentative November 25th/26th (depending on weather and availabilities) tbd

We'll send an email to the community a couple of days before to do a work party if people are willing to give us a hand.

Committee convener

Coleman will be the convener but we decided to rotate every few months to limit the load on one person.

Laura is willing to take the role when Coleman is done.

Natallia and Heather are on board too
