Common House Fridge Use Policy

This policy is for the fridge and freezer in the common house kitchen, not for the standalone freezer in the back room across from the laundry room.

The fridge and freezer should be available for CH events and should not be used for extended personal storage.

Food may be stored in the fridge and freezer for 1 week maximum. An exception will be made for guests staying in the common house for more than 1 week.

All items in the fridge and freezer must be labeled with your name and the date the items were put in the fridge.

The common house committee will regularly discard food that has been stored for longer than 1 week. No additional notification will be given before food is discarded.

Alcohol may not be left in the common house fridge unsupervised or overnight.
