We met over zoom.

The two main topics:
Steps for when someone moves out and welcoming new members to the community,
Cyd announced she is moving out. Here is what our committee has done:
Letter to Seller was sent to Cyd using the business e-mail.
Renea has texted some people who have expressed interest in the past and some of the neighbors here in Glendale. Word of mouth is how our places often sell.
It was posted on Facebook. It looks like 167 people saw it. We have over 900 followers.
Also, about 25 e-mails were sent to people who have signed up using our google form. Laraine called some of those people too.
Our role is to help people understand about cohousing before they move here. We encourage people to visit for Sat. Cafe at 9:00 or Sunday potluck 6:00 pm. If they are out of state, they can come and stay in our common house before they buy. They are also asked to participate in the National Cohousing Zoom meeting which is held the 10th of the month at 10:00 am MST to learn about cohousing.
Laraine will reach out to Cyd to find out more. Cyd had indicated they might be willing to rent.
Place looks great right now with all the prep for the wedding.
