What went well—tours went well

            Suggestions for future—

-Have information or hand-out at Cafe

            -Young people giving tours to stress & represent multigenerational living here

-Badminton outside—activity

-Get google groups working to improve communication

-How can we get prospective residents to come to meetings prior to posing offer?

-Should be a requirement

-This is in a letter sent to all sellers stipulating CC&Rs, pay or play etc. 

prospective buyers must attend meetings/potlucks/cafe etc.

-Suggest realtor should receive this same letter, as well as prospective

buyer. Lynda A will edit letter for prospective buyers

 2. Orientations—evaluate

How to make it better?

-Strongly encourage buyers to attend the class on zoom June 21 through cohousing.org--Promote!

-What can we do this next time with orientation so the information is 

absorbed better by newbies? Too dry.

-Do a follow-up-buddie system, meeting with newbies.

to re-enforce concepts & culture.

-Do a spotlight on each newbie

-Bios and pictures of each resident.

-Lynda created a directory. 

-make the orientations special-treats-games

-Introductions-getting to know each other.

-Web of the community-take and give back
