Common House Use Policy

1. Children under 18 cannot use the common house unsupervised.
2. No smoking or vaping.
3. No pets are allowed in the common house. No exceptions.
4. The common house is for resident and guest use only. Non-residents and former guests may not use the common house facilities unsupervised, and may not use the laundry room.
