Guest Room Use Policy
This is a draft policy, subject to discussion and consensus at an ACM
The common house guest rooms are a shared community resource and should be treated with respect.
- Each Unit may use a total of 14 room nights per calendar year at no charge. After that, a $30/room/night fee will be charged to the unit owner for use of the guest rooms.
- Reservations must be written on the common house calendar.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Hosts should notify the community email list (wasatchcommons@googlegroups.com) in advance:
- Who is staying in the guest room
- Which guest room(s) they're staying in
- The make/model of any cars
- Fill out the whiteboard next to the CH calendar:
Guest room keys are stored in _______. Residents who are hosting guests are responsible to make sure keys are returned at the end of the guest's stay. A fee of $___ will be charged for keys that are not returned. A fee of $___ will be charged for lost keys.
