Guest Room Use Policy

This is a draft policy, subject to discussion and consensus at an ACM

The common house guest rooms are a shared community resource and should be treated with respect.

  1. Each Unit may use a total of 14 room nights per calendar year at no charge. After that, a $30/room/night fee will be charged to the unit owner for use of the guest rooms.
  2. Reservations must be written on the common house calendar.
  3. Pets are not allowed.
  4. Hosts should notify the community email list (wasatchcommons@googlegroups.com) in advance:
    1. Who is staying in the guest room
    2. Which guest room(s) they're staying in
    3. The make/model of any cars
  5. Fill out the whiteboard next to the CH calendar:IMG_5718.jpg

Guest room keys are stored in _______. Residents who are hosting guests are responsible to make sure keys are returned at the end of the guest's stay. A fee of $___ will be charged for keys that are not returned. A fee of $___ will be charged for lost keys.
