Action Items

Jorge will email the fiduciary about getting access to Carol's unit for Level Engineering to do testing and Ben will follow up.

Ben will send the fiduciary a copy of the engineering report summary and the passage from our CCR requiring a key.

Unit 19

We have a price for Carol's unit.  Jorge sent the seller letter to the fiduciary and the real estate person. Reminder to use wasatchcommons at gmail.com for official business rather than personal emails.

Let the fiduciary and realtor know there are issues with the foundation which we are investigating. We know there are cosmetic issues with spalling of the foundation and want to make sure they are merely cosmetic. While the unit is unoccupied is a good time to get the structural engineer Level Engineering in to do his tests. Ben forwarded the test to the management listserv.  

Roofs

Roof Doctor looked at the southern-facing roofs.  Most seem to have staining from swamp coolers but it is just cosmetic.  Additional damage on Alex's may be from the people walking around as they removed the swamp cooler.

On KJ's roof #10 Chris said it appeared to be animal damage. They will charge $400 as a separate job or $250 with Alex's work.

The closure of Kerry's swamp cooler hole is done, #15.

#25 crack in pipe flashing which Chris spotted during southern roof inspection.
