Action Items

  • Kay & Cheryl will review Scott's Aug 18 email to Management re fascia and soffit warrantee issue.
  • Ask Scott to ask Unforgettable what the paint color on the soffits and fascia was.
  • Ben will set up a community meeting to discuss solar options.
  • Coleen will check on terms for a Venmo account.  It has to be in someone's name -- would Linda be willing?
  • Coleen will work on collection of keys.
  • Kay will file Myste's lease in the inner office.
  • Ben will reach out to Vinnie about repairing upstairs toilet.

Common House Repair

The mitigation is done.  Don't need to remove tile in bathroom or drywall upstairs. Everything is dried out, no more mold.

Belfor, the company suggested by insurance, is not being responsive.  Adjuster hasn't reviewed the quote for the repairs.

Maintenance

Cheryl has put together a spreadsheet, Wacoho Maintenance Tracker by Unit, in google docs.  Rows by unit, columns of tasks. Squares for date etc.  Separate tab for workshop and common house, since the community does inside maintenance.  Tab for grounds.  Will adjust the form as needed.

We now have a copy of Myste's lease. 

Scott is not available to report on fireplace repair or deck membrane replacement.

Added Cheryl's signature and updated records at UFirst on __.

Add a "do not recommend" section to list of approved vendors.

Mary got a bid from one company for leveling sidewalks..  Another keeps canceling.  Some places do leveling not grinding.

Should have a tree maintenance policy -- For instance, can the tree committee give permission for someone to have treework done (paying for it themselves) or does it need to be okayed by the community.
