Action Items

• Ask Scott to ask Unforgettable what the paint color on the soffits and fascia was.
• Scott will add paint contractor to vendor list on wiki(?).
• Ben will set up a community meeting to discuss solar options.
• Coleen will check on terms for a Venmo account.  It has to be in someone's name -- would Linda be willing?
• Coleen will work on collection of keys.

• Add a "do not recommend" section to list of approved vendors.

• Kay will file Myste's lease in the inner office. Done 9/6.
  

• Kay & Cheryl will review Scott's Aug 18 email to Management re fascia and soffit warrantee issue.

Lease. We received a copy of Myste's lease. 

Bank.  Added Cheryl's signature and updated records at UFirst on __.

Maintenance

Scott is not available to report on fireplace repair or deck membrane replacement.

Common House Repair.  The mitigation (demo & drying) is done.  Didn't need to remove tile in bathroom or drywall upstairs. Everything is dried out, no more mold.

The company suggested by insurance, Belfor, is not being responsive. We aren't required to use the suggested contractor.  Adjuster hasn't reviewed the quote for the repairs.

Maintenance Tracking.  Cheryl has put together a spreadsheet, Wacoho Maintenance Tracker by Unit, in google docs.  Rows by unit, columns of tasks, intersection squares for date or other details.  Separate tab for workshop and common house, since the community does inside maintenance.  Tab for grounds.  Will adjust the form as needed.

Concrete. Mary got a bid from one company for leveling sidewalks..  Another keeps canceling.  Some contractors do leveling but not grinding.

Trees. Community should have a tree maintenance policy -- For instance, can the tree committee give permission for someone to have tree work done (paying for it themselves) or does it need to be okayed by the community.  Requirement has been that any tree work be okayed by the community.
