- Ben will set up a community meeting to discuss solar options.
- Coleen will check on terms for a Venmo account. It has to be in someone's name -- would Linda be willing?

Common House Repair.
The mitigation (demo & drying) is done. Don'Didn't need to remove tile in bathroom or drywall upstairs. Everything is dried out, no more mold.
Belfor, theThe company suggested by insurance, Belfor, is not being responsive. We aren't required to use the suggested contractor. Adjuster hasn't reviewed the quote for the repairs.

Mary got a bid from one company for leveling sidewalks.. Another keeps canceling. Some placescontractors do leveling but not grinding.
ShouldTrees. Community should have a tree maintenance policy -- For instance, can the tree committee give permission for someone to have treeworktree work done (paying for it themselves) or does it need to be okayed by the community. Requirement has been that any tree work be okayed by the community.
