CertaPro painters will paint and deal with small cracks but nothing more than ¼” inch. Anything over ¼” needs to be repaired with a patch.
We have a stucco painting estimate from CertaPro for Building 7, building 9, Clubhouse. Rough estimate is 13,5 K

What about black mold on stucco. Certapro will power wash, primer coat, and then paint
How do we prioritize gutters? What buildings will be done first? We need to go back to inspection pics to find out what gutters are in the worst shape.
North side of walkway maybe good candidates for gutters first.
Schedule of stucco painting is dependent on cost of stucco patching in 2024. We will definitely do the Common House. Will will do another unit depending on cost.
