Primary Responsibilities

Secondary responsibilities

Upkeep and maintenance of all other landscaped grounds outside of Limited Common Area, including but not limited to the following activities:

- Assist landscaping areas behind units on "Dog Row" (16, 18, 20, 21, 23, 25), when requested

- Plant trees

- Assist landscaping areas behind units 8, 10, 12, 14, when requested

- Prune trees

- Assist landscaping areas between each individual unit's front door and walkway, when requested

- Remove trees/volunteers

- Assist landscaping areas between adjacent units, when requested

- Stump removal

- Irrigation

- Pest control (shared responsibility with Maintenance team)

Farmette and East Garden areas are maintained by their respective teams

- Reseed lawns

- Mow

- Weed/wild grass control

- Prune shrubs

- Weed control in cracks of walkway and parking lots

Keeping pathway accessible for emergency vehicles; keep path clear up to 14 feet high X 20 feet wide to allow for fire trucks. This kinda feels like an enforcement issue that falls on management.

Ensure new committee members are aware of "grassy pavers". Dont pull them out.
