Landscaping Minutes : August 22, 2023
- Conducted another review of Ben's proposal: "Streamline Tree-Related Decisions within the Landscaping Committee". Everyone at the meeting was ok with Ben presenting it for final community approval at the first ACM in September.
- Finalize the "scope of responsibility" of Landscaping Committee. The table below has been added to the Landscaping Tracker which is still a work in progress.
Landscaping Committee's Primary Scope of Responsibility | Secondary responsibilities |

Plant trees | Assist landscaping areas behind units 8, 10, 12, 14, when requested |

- Came quite a bit closer to having a working version of the Landscaping Tracker which will help drive prioritization of landscaping activities (work parties or folks "going it alone) around the community. Next steps:
- Walk around property and ensure that zones have been identified throughout the property
- If more zones are added to the "adopt a spot" program, we'll beg Emilie to update the birds eye visual she did in 2022.
- For each "adopt a spot" zone, identity which activities (as identified in table above) need to be accounted for in each zone.
- Hoping we can complete this ^^^^ before the September Landscaping meeting.
