Planning of Upcoming ACMs

• Management is working on getting the bookkeeping up to date to issue YTD reports and eventually present at an ACM
• Landscaping prep for stucco work
• Discord proposal

Body: Please join us for ACM on Wednesday, Aug 13 at 7-9 pm in the common house and on Zoom.

While we initially planned to present the Discord proposal for consensus at this ACM, concerns were brought up at the last ACM that merit further community discussion. We have also decided to bring in an outside facilitator to lead this discussion, Kathy Elton (link to her website). If you haven’t used Discord yet and need help signing up, and especially if you have any outstanding questions or concerns, please come to this ACM so we can work through them together.

• Kerry to put notes on doors
