Management Elections
Scott and Vinnie's terms are up. Cheryl, Kay, Jorge have 1 more year.
Each Unit has one vote. "a simple plurality vote of the undivided ownership interest" per the Bylaws. Plurality vote means the one who gets more votes than anyone else.
Proxies from the Bylaws:
Need 67% of Unit Owners to take action in a meeting (and officially elect management members or approve a budget):
Budget must be sent out 10 days in advance:
Action Items:
- Ben to send out info to the community on Proxies. Ben will make a proxy form, email them out, & leave some printed on the table. Zoom attendees should have a proxy in person
- Linda will prepare the ballots and envelopes for management election.
- Ben will type the names and share them on zoom
