   1. definition of consensus vs. voting -What is the voting process of budget decisions
   2. Review updated reserve analysis
   3. 2024 draft budget presentation
   4. conflict support presentation
2. Decide who will facilitate next 3 meetings
   1. discussion on facilitator roles.

Facilitators

Currently have a shortage of people who are willing to facilitate ACMs

Current facilitators: Linda, Eliza. 

Eliza: "It fucking sucks"

bring back keeper of the heart? Ideally everyone should be doing this role, it shouldn't be left to a single person. 

Facilitator roles:

• Facilitator: actively listens and moderates discussion, keeps track of stack (if any)
• Co-facilitator: monitor Zoom, keep track of time

How do we keep facilitators from dropping out? Need to support them.
