Reflect on Prior ACM

Lynda: check-in activity (spectrum) was great. 

Emily: meeting was organized, good balance of keeping things moving while giving people a chance to speak

Kerry: brainstorming went really well. 

Ben: Left the meeting feeling great. A lot of great energy at the meeting, lots of good ideas. It was good to be flexible and build on the energy in the meeting to ask people to volunteer.

Mike: As the facilitator, it can be easy to get wrapped up in the flow of the meeting. Important to slow down and call out transitions.

Meeting to discuss ideas

We'll reassess this after the new year. Need to come up with a list of ideas and decide what order to tackle them in. Also need to come up with a mandate for this committee. Also need to discuss facilitators.

Dec 20 ACM Planning

Co-facilitator: Emily

Ben: We're talking about including some of the ideas we discussed last ACM along with the 2024 budget. Including these as new line items on the budget. These are appropriate changes generally speaking, but are particularly relevant to the budget given the current shortfall.

*Important to point out that these are not the only fundraising ideas! Lots of great ideas to pursue.
