Announcements
-    Unit 23 will have movers on Friday, January 30—will be in the east parking lot
-    Hoses should be disconnected due to cold weather
-    Common House has had some minor ant issues that folks should be aware of
-    First birthday party for Matthew will be on Sunday, February 15
-    Alfred’s birthday party is on Saturday, January 31

Presentation by James Loomis, Director of Agricultural Operations, Wasatch Community Gardens
-    According to Christy, James will be the person responsible for the design of the “farm incubator” that is planned for the property south of WaCoHo
-    City Farm on California/1300 S near 800W/900W was designed by James
-    The function of the incubator will be a farmer training program 
-    Wasatch Community Gardens Plant Sale starters are begun at City Farm; sale is Mother’s Day Weekend
-    The likely plan will be either to install infrastructure for waste/black water management 
-    The organization is currently operating nineteen community gardens (city properties, county properties, and partner organizations), and with the incubator will manage three farm-size properties 
James was a no-show, so the ACM was suspended at 3:45 PM
