Community discussion
Lynda: The community is 25 years old and a lot has changed and so have our needs changed. Brainstorm about what’s changed, unmet needs, how to use spaces differently?
Tobi: A lot has changed in the past few years, very HOA heavy at the start, less community focused, would like to request everyone to be open to new ideas even if they have been here a long time.
Concerns

Theft - storage units, porches
Bikes and strollers are expensive

Potential Changes
