Check-in:  How does it feel to be you today?  Tell one thing that people might not know about you.

Round Robin:  What is one thing you appreciate about living in cohousing?

Brainstorm:  What would you like to happen in the community?

• More music in the c.h.
• Managing Conflict, by Liz McGill
• Update agenda-setting process, e.g., to have a queue of topics
• Look at what has been reported on pay-r-work and congratulate ourselves; look at what is missing and figure out ways to add it
  
• More paid dining (self-supporting), shared meals, dining club
  
• Book club
  
• Community dance and/or talent show
  
• Tomato harvest dinner, jam club, birthday parties, wine & cheese on the patio, impromptu
  
• Kids day
  
• Field trips for kids and grownups

Committee Reports

Celebrations is planning a playground grand opening and other activities.  Emphasizing outdoors for 
safety. Putting together a calendar of activities and events for each month.

Management is talking about improving our process for large expenditures – steps to get bids, decide on 
specifications.  Make process to be followed clear, spell out expectations, be transparent.

Check wiki and update committee membership lists, contact info, mandate.

Tree removal and stump grinding.  Have a bid for stump grinding by company that cut the trees; waiting 
for large-expenditure process.  North garden invites new members.

Welcoming.  Doing tours almost every Saturday for visitors.  Welcoming will schedule an orientation for new residents.  Several prospects looking at #15, people who have attended potlucks

Give contact info to Lynda to update phone list.  

Announcements

Camping trip July 24 weekend near Kamas.  Will be driving into a field; cars that can go off-road might be most practical.  Vicky and Cheryl are the point people to talk to.

Cohousing conference is in Madison, Wisconsin third week in August.  Zoom conference on consensus building coming up.
