Topics: Unit 11, Stucco, Crack Sealing, Gutter party prep



Unit 11: 

   Has been left unassembled and exposed to the elements, needs to be reassembled. Per Cherly, they are still waiting for their joists to arrive. 


Stucco:
  There was a walkaround with quote given by Tim Ashman. Mike a, Mike w, Cheryl and Ben were present. Here are the notes per the management minutes 5/20:

“-       After demo, Coleman and Eric / Granularity Inc feel damage not as bad as some had feared, and that Roof Doctor membrane seems to be working so far, and repair of damage will be the focus

-       During Wednesday visit from Tim Ashman, slightly different interpretation of the source of problem was offered, and would like more drywall demo to reveal more of the back corner of unit

-       Tim noticed vertical crack in stucco along rear of unit, and noticed gap at attempted repair of railing attachment, suggests both have to do with settling, but that this isn’t a huge deal


Are there plans to get more quotes? Unsure, will need to follow up

Prepare for gutter cleaning party:


  Equipment needed:
  -leaf blowers 

 -ladders

 -extra buckets (some gutters we can use leaf blowers, other volunteers can scoop leaf debris out of gutters and into buckets to be placed in the brown bins or compost) 

 -wasp spray 




Mike A suggests that anyone who does the upper levels of theCommon house take pictures of windows around the clerestory and see if re caulking is needed.  (see previous action item about hiring Coleman to evaluate around clerestory windows and re-caulk if needed) 

  

**At this point meeting concluded and all participants walked around the community to spray any wasp nests near the lower level gutters. **
