Workshop swamp cooler - concierge (wait until spring: concierge closed this fall)
Gutter Cleaning: Clear debris from lower levels.
Actions: Start with CH & Workshop - SATURDAY 11PM - 3PM
Cheryl to communicate with unit owners to see who still needs to clean gutters
While doing gutters, look for status of critter screens.

Jorge, Cheryl checked unit 23's attic. no evidence of critters. suggesting to unit owner to set small traps for mice. screen needs to be dealt with by HOA (maintenance). staples and staple gun with tall ladder. Vin contact unit 23 for timing for screen.
