Objective:

Keep landlord and lease information up to date, as required by the CCR.

Background:

The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Section _, requires Management to obtain copies of tenants leases [copy language from CCR?]

Policy:

Yearly, Management will request the owner of each rented/leased unit to provide

- a copy of the lease

- their business license

- their landlord insurance

- a certificate of completion of the Good Landlord training

These will be kept on file in the inner office.

Procedure:

Mail or email the following letter to the owner of each rented/leased unit:
