Attorney has never responded to our list of questions.  Get new attorneys.

Pay or Play

This year $2400 has been collected, $1300 is past due. Roughly 65% of residents participate.

Budget & Participation

Cheryl went over the presentation she has for the ACM tomorrow.

The community has two overlapping organizations, cohousing and the HOA.  Management has responsibility for the HOA.

Property Updates

Mary's field has been sold to Hans Ehrbar. He needs to be working on getting city water.  Tobi & Coleman have closed on their unit.  Hans is purchasing the Fishers' house, south of our east driveway.  Carol's niece had limited power of attorney only to move Carol into the care facility.
