Meeting Agenda Structure Discussion

Want to have more structure. Coleen and Cheryl will meet the Thursday before each management meeting to determine the agenda. Coleen will setup a Google form so people can submit topics they want discussed, similar to what is being created to keep track of possible ACM topics.
