Management Minutes Dec 27, 2022

Kay was unable to attend the 12/27/22 meeting.  Cheryl was note taker in Kay's absence

Common House Refrigerator

• Reviewed the refrigerators recommended by Vinnie
• All look good but concerned about lack of "real estate" width-wise.  What if we have a large event with large platters. They won't fit in fridge/freezer side-by-side models
• Cheryl to look for French door models that fit within our budget.  Will also consult Consumer Reports for quality metrics.

Trees / Tree pruning

• Ben to talk to Vinnie to see if he can prune some branches around WaCoHo

Recycling

• Beth to try to get $100 delivery fee removed from Momentum invoice
• We will cancel glass recycling to save money.  Reinstate DIY glass recycling program.
